Please arrive at the meeting location 15 minutes prior to our departure time; this allows for an event briefing, safety instruction and any forms to be completed. 

On the day, you are advised to bring:

  • Sunscreen 
  • Water
  • Snacks
  • Any necessary medications (e.g. asthma puffer) 
  • Jacket
