This is a fantastic way to see a section of the Hawkesbury River and undertake a return journey of about 14km with the benefit of the tide. \nWe will travel in double sea kayaks and participants will learn basic paddle strokes and rudder operation to steer their craft. Our journey will include regular stops on sandy beaches and there will be some free time to explore\, swim or just chill out under the waterfall at Refuge Bay where a BBQ lunch will be provided! \nYour guides have done this trip numerous times and will assist you in storing personal items in the kayak using our drybags\, and ensuring you feel safe and comfortable. SUMMARY:Bushwalk - Mt Warrawolong
DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text] \nThis fantastic walk features a section of The Great North Walk\, which links Sydney and Newcastle. The track is a mixture of trail and 4WD tracks out under the tall trees of the Watagans forest. When we reach the top of Mt. Warrawolong (642m)\, hikers have the option of climbing the fire tower for an incredible 360° view that extends from the Barrington Tops right to the Northern suburbs of Sydney. We return along a different route with a short\, steep section of track that rewards us with a fantastic view to the north of our progress for the day.
